Will the council's blueprint for our borough's future pass the exam?
Day one of the 6-day hearings to "examine in public" the proposed Enfield Local Plan was, I thought, fascinating. The two big standouts for me were the possibility that the council might be sent back to the drawing board for not having engaged properly with interested parties, and the apparent big change of heart with regard to green belt building on the part of Sadiq Khan.
